This innovative service is specifically designed for our schools and our supply teachers and is structured to deliver benefits to schools and children. Our service is a non profit distributing business which means any financial surplus is reinvested in the services for schools and children.

Our supply teachers are paid to scale and this service provides access to all schools across the County.

The more schools, teachers and support staff who use this service the lower the costs and the greater the benefit returned to schools.

The shared service is for the recruitment of permanent staff and provision of supply teachers and support staff and is for use by all schools across the County. This includes all secondary, primary and special needs schools.

Our mission is to deliver value to schools through a lower price for recruitment and supply staff services and to provide an excellent high quality service for all candidates and schools.

This service is for our schools and we would like your support. You can support the service by simply using it whether you are a supply teacher, support staff or a school I ask that you try 4myschools first to meet your requirements.
