Duties & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an applicant who…
 demonstrates enthusiasm and passion for learning, and a genuine care for individual pupils and their needs;
 plans and teaches an engaging, exciting curriculum;
 views a working partnership with parents as an essential part of successful primary education;
 models an enthusiastic approach to life-long learning and professional development;
 has the ability to incorporate a variety of teaching and learning strategies as necessary;
 has the ability to maintain open, supportive communications with parents and work colleagues in order to build and maintain a supportive and encouraging team environment;
 keeps abreast of current educational development;
 keeps accurate on-going records related to both assessment for learning, and areas of responsibility within the staff team, and prepares reports accordingly.
Education & Qualifications:
We are looking for an applicant who…
 is an outstanding classroom practitioner;
 has excellent interpersonal skills;
 has excellent organisational skills;
 has experience of working with pupils with a range of special needs.
