School Site Manager Hellesdon Norwich Norfolk

Vacancy: School Site Manager Hellesdon – required November 2017

£12,197 to £13,593 (Scale E: Points 18-21)

25 hours per week (7am to 9am and 3pm to 6pm)

52 weeks per annum

Kinsale Infant School staff and pupils would like to meet you!

We wish to appoint a professional Site Manager who will be responsible for providing a high standard of premises management within our school. The successful applicant will be a hard working team member. You will be able to ensure our school site is well maintained and secure.

You will be required to carry out DIY and routine maintenance and liaise with external contractors. Manage and monitor our small, dedicated team of cleaners and demonstrate an excellent understanding of Health and Safety requirements. The right candidate must be able to prioritise tasks and ensure all legislation is fully implemented and adhered to. You will take on lead key holder responsibilities, including very occasional emergency contact outside working hours.

A proven record of premises management would be an advantage, but is not essential as training will be provided.

Applicants will liaise closely with staff and pupils and we would like to appoint a professional, team player who will work well as part of our friendly team.
