4myschools is a Community Interest Company. The obligation for a CIC is to provide a “Community Benefit”.
Any profit made by providing recruitment services to supply teachers and schools is invested for local schools, teachers and children to deliver a community benefit.

Essex County - Supply Teachers
East England Schools CIC was established in partnership with Essex County schools in March 2008.
East England Schools CIC trading as 4myschools is the organisation through which all staff for schools and recruitment services are provided in Essex. The Directors consist of a number of Headteachers from the local schools and ASHE Partners Collaborative.
4myschools.org is a partner business in alliance with the ASHE Partners Collaborative (APC). One of the objectives of the APC and the Essex Primary Headteachers’ Association (EPHA) is to support the collaboration between schools. 4myschools.org contributes to meeting this objective.

Suffolk Schools CIC was established in partnership with Suffolk County schools in September 2009.
Suffolk Schools CIC trading as 4myschools is the organisation through which all staff for schools and recruitment services are provided in Suffolk & Norfolk. The Directors of this organisation consist of a number of Headteachers from the local schools.
