This innovative service is specifically designed for our schools and our supply teachers and is structured to deliver benefits to schools and children. Our service is a non profit distributing business which means any financial surplus is reinvested in the services for schools and children.
Our supply teachers are usually paid to main scale and this service provides access to all schools across the County.
The more schools, teachers and support staff who use this service the lower the costs and the greater the benefit returned to schools.
The shared service is for the recruitment of permanent staff and provision of supply teachers and support staff and is for use by all schools across the County. This includes all secondary, primary and special needs schools.
Our mission is to deliver value to schools through a lower price for recruitment and supply staff services and to provide an excellent high quality service for all candidates and schools.

Chair Association of Secondary Headteachers in Essex
4myschools is working with East England Schools CIC a non profit distributing business and is a partner business to the Association of Secondary Headteachers Essex Partners Collaboration and Essex Primary Headteachers’ Association. Both these associations consider that 4myschools is able to provide quality services to the Essex schools and thus 4myschools works closely with these associations.
Please note that whilst 4myschools is working with these associations they do not provide any guarantee of the services provide. The responsibility lies with each school to determine the suitability of using the 4myschools services.
