Norfolk schools have the advantage of being in a large county with plenty of space but this also makes it tough to find teachers and in particular to recruit permanent teachers in specific subjects.

Part of the service being used by several Norfolk schools is the complimentary schools vacancies or teacher’s jobs board. Norfolk school are able to simply place their job adverts on the 4myschools jobs board with the schools specific profile, details, logo and contact details for applications to apply directly to the school. This has significantly increased the chance of teachers in Norfolk seeing the job vacancy and can increase the number of applicants who apply directly to the school. 4myschools will also go through the job specification to help to improve its social media search engine optimisation rankings, this helps the school and frankly it helps 4myschools too.
