The key to the 4myschools service is quality and we will do everything we can to make sure we deliver a quality service for you and our schools.
We provide a dedicated personal service with the objective of placing all staff in the most suitable position which fits your aspirations, qualifications and work experience.
Setting your preferences
Once you are registered with us you will be able to set up your individual preferences on our website giving you complete control over your working week. All our registered staff have a personalised web page designed to enable you to enter information that meets your individual needs.
For example detailing your availability as mornings only or the times and channel (internet or phone) through which you wish to be contacted for assignments. Some of our registered staff like to be contacted at any time of day and into the early evening whilst others do not want to be contacted past three pm. We use this information to support our drive to deliver the best possible service we can to you.
The 4myschools service includes:
- Weekly pay as per National Staff Pay and Conditions Document (MPS).
- 24 hour service, 365 days a year with rapid response to all requests
- Local schools, nurseries and pre-schools assignments
- Daily, long and short term work
- Choice of when and where you want to work (subject to vacancies)
- Experienced, local, dedicated and friendly support staff
- You control when and where you work without phoning and reminding anyone!
