The school are looking to appoint an EYFS teacher to provide maternity cover in one of their Reception classes.

The school are looking for someone to fit into their friendly team, and is a ‘good’ school as said in November 2017 by Ofsted, where the report described the school as having a ‘positive learning culture’.

St Edmundsbury Primary School pride themselves in their caring and nurturing ethos. They have made it their business to really know each child as a unique individual. These are both within the curriculum, specifically, and school life, more generally. The candidate should have current or recent teaching experience of good or outstanding quality and a thorough knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.

The candidate should have high expectations of attainment, achievement and behaviour and the understanding and ability to meet a wide range of pupil needs. The position will be on the teachers Main Pay Scale.
