Marienne is a Primary School teacher with 30 years experience, and is passionate about supporting the needs of all pupils including disadvantaged and those with Special Educational Needs. She has worked in several schools across North Essex, in classes throughout out Key Stage 2 and has also taught intervention groups to target key skills. She values the importance of building relationships and enjoys helping children to achieve positive outcomes, both academically and personally. Marienne encourages children to have high expectations of themselves, whilst knowing it is okay to make mistakes and believes in the importance of upholding clear and consistent boundaries for behaviour. She has a warm and friendly nature. She ensures that children are encouraged to take responsibility for their actions in order to treat each other with respect.
