Tracy has been teaching for 16 years. In this time, she has taught in a variety of schools (in the UK and abroad), teaching from EYFS to KS2. Behaviour management is a strength of hers, using positive reinforcements and encouragements to allow children's trust to be gained. Tracy always communicates well with the other adults in the room and uses their expertise to benefit the whole class. She is able to adapt and be flexible to suit the needs of the school. Furthermore, Tracy loves teaching all subjects at primary level, but would say her specialisms are History and Geography. Always smiling and positive, she loves the challenge of working with a wide range of children.
