Subject Specialism: EYFS - KS2 / SEN Teacher Carolyn has been teaching for 26 years and has taught all year groups in Primary Schools and in two SEN schools. She has always had positive feedback in Ofsted inspections and been judged outstanding twice. Carolyn's positive attitude and good classroom management skills have been noticed many times as well as being enthusiastic and a 'good team player'. Having worked with many children that have special needs and behavioural issues, Carolyn knows that she can manage and cope in most situations and can differentiate work for any child's ability. Carolyn more recently covered a Reception class and Y1 class for six months from February to July 2024 at a local school. She taught Reception in the morning and Y1 in the afternoon. Carolyn also taught a Y1 class for the whole summer term in 2023 and before that she taught a mixed Y1/Y2 class for two terms, three days a week and a Y2 class for one day a week.
