This primary school is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work with a pupil requiring individual support. The role involves helping the child access learning, develop confidence, and participate fully in school life.

The ideal candidate
You should be empathetic, patient, and experienced in 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with the child and teaching staff are essential.
