This small, welcoming village school is looking for a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join their close-knit and friendly team. This role involves working on a one-to-one basis with a pupil in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) who has autism and is currently non-verbal.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will provide consistent support to help the pupil adjust to the school environment, access learning opportunities, and develop social and communication skills. The school is seeking someone who is patient, nurturing, and able to build a strong, trusting relationship with the child while working closely with teachers and other staff to ensure they thrive..
