**Key Responsibilities:**
– Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive Maths lessons to students of varying abilities, from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 4.

– Encourage an active and positive learning environment, fostering curiosity and critical thinking among students.
– Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their development.
