Responsibilities:
– Support teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons across different subjects and year groups.
– Provide one-on-one assistance to students, ensuring their understanding and progress.
– Assist in classroom management, maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
– Help with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
– Supervise students during breaks, ensuring their safety and well-being.
– Collaborate with the teaching staff to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Requirements:
– Relevant experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar educational role.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with students and staff.
– A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students’ individual needs and learning styles.
– Flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools and year groups.
– A positive and proactive attitude towards education and the ability to work effectively within a team.
– A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
