Key Responsibilities for KS2 Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the national curriculum, ensuring students’ progress and achievement.
Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters a love for learning and promotes a growth mindset.
Assess students’ abilities and provide timely and constructive feedback to support their individual progress.
Collaborate with colleagues and actively contribute to the planning and development of the KS2 curriculum.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers to provide updates on students’ progress and address any concerns.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to inspire and motivate students, fostering a love for learning.
Dedication to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
