4myschools are looking for a Full Time Science Teacher for one of our Schools in Brentwood, Essex.
We are excited to be working with a reputable secondary school in Brentwood, seeking an enthusiastic and committed Full Time Science Teacher to join their team from January 2025. This is a full-time, long-term position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
About the Role:
As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4, inspiring students to achieve their full potential in Science. You will join a dynamic and supportive department, contributing to a positive learning environment and helping students achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons
– Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback
– Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
– Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider school objectives
– Participate in department meetings and professional development
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
– QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification
– A passion for teaching Science and engaging young learners
– Excellent classroom management skills
– Strong communication and teamwork skills as a Full Time Science Teacher
– Experience teaching Science up to GCSE level
