Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver engaging and dynamic Science lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, with the possibility of teaching KS5 depending on experience.
– Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
– Use a range of teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring every student is supported and challenged.
– Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
– Assess, record, and report on student progress, tailoring your approach as needed to support student success.
– Collaborate with the Science department and school leadership to contribute to the school’s ongoing success as a Science Teacher Job Brentwood Essex
The Ideal Candidate Will:
– Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
– Have a proven track record of teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 (experience with KS5 is a bonus).
