They are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Education Teacher to join their team.
Position Overview:
They are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic PE Teacher to join their team from October. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Physical Education to students across various age groups and abilities, fostering a love for physical activity and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging and challenging PE lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
– Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with national standards and promotes physical fitness and well-being.
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive and develop their physical skills.
– Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
– Organize and oversee extracurricular sports activities and events.
– Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the Physical Education department.
– Maintain accurate records of student achievement and attendance.
– Ensure the safety and well-being of students during PE classes and activities.
– Stay up-to-date with developments in physical education and incorporate best practices into teaching.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field.
– Teaching certification or qualification in Physical Education.
– Experience teaching Physical Education at the primary or secondary level is preferred.
– Strong knowledge of physical fitness, sports, and health.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to inspire and motivate students to be active and healthy.
– A commitment to promoting physical education and well-being.
