About Us:

Your Role:
As a SEMH Learning Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the students’ lives. Your responsibilities will include:
👩🏫 Assisting classroom teachers in delivering tailored lessons and activities.
🤝 Providing one-on-one and group support to students with SEMH needs.
🧠 Implementing behaviour management strategies and fostering emotional well-being.
🎉 Celebrating successes and progress with your students.
🗣 Building strong, positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Qualifications:
🎓 A genuine desire to support students with SEMH needs.
📚 Relevant qualifications or experience in education or special educational needs (SEN).
🤝 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
🦉 Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
🔒 DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance.
