About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented KS1 teacher to join our client school in a part-time, job-share capacity (2-3 days per week). Starting on a temporary contract in January 2025, this position has the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate. You will work closely with a dedicated team, planning and delivering engaging lessons that foster a love for learning in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
– Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality KS1 lessons, ensuring they meet national curriculum standards.
– Collaborate with your job-share partner and other teaching staff to create a cohesive learning experience.
– Monitor and record student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
– Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support a positive school community.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching at KS1 level.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– A commitment to promoting high standards of teaching and learning.
