Our client, a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Upminster, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 2 Teacher Job Upminster to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who wants to make a difference in a supportive and dynamic environment. The position starts in January 2025 and runs until the end of the academic year in July, with a strong possibility of a permanent contract from September 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver the Year 2 curriculum with creativity, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
– Plan and execute engaging lessons that cater to a diverse group of learners.
– Monitor student progress and provide tailored support to help each child thrive.
– Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
– Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s educational journey.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
– Proven experience teaching at Key Stage 1, ideally within Year 2.
– Strong commitment to pupil progress and attainment.
– Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
– Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to undertake one.
