About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of School to lead a vibrant educational community in Watford, Hertfordshire. This full-time role requires a dedicated professional ready to start in September. As the Head of School, you will work closely with the Executive Headteachers across the Trust, ensuring a cohesive and high-standard educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school.
– Collaborate with Executive Headteachers to implement Trust-wide initiatives.
– Foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
– Oversee the development and implementation of the curriculum.
– Manage staff performance and development.
– Ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
