4MySchools is recruiting for schools across Newmarket, Suffolk . You will be working with children in a primary school setting from the age of 7 to 11. We are seeking dedicated supply support staff to join our team in Newmarket, Suffolk and make a positive impact on local schools and students. Whether you’re looking for full-time, or part-time work, we have opportunities to suit your schedule.
You will have experience working in a children’s setting. This is an ideal role for youth workers, outreach workers and or those who have worked in schools.
You will be working one to one and or in small groups, supporting the teacher to meet the needs of the children.

Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support during lessons. Working with small groups or individual students as needed.
Assist in planning and preparing engaging learning materials.
Support students in their social and emotional development, fostering a respectful and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with the teaching team to address the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles.
Help maintain a safe and organized classroom setting.
Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and school leadership about student progress and concerns.
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
