As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to students. You will cover classes in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced educators or ECTs looking to gain valuable classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum.
Manage classroom behaviour and create a conducive learning atmosphere.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse student populations.
Complete necessary administrative tasks, such as taking attendance and leaving detailed feedback for regular teachers.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of education in the absence of regular teachers.
Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments and year groups.
Strong commitment to student achievement and welfare.
