After School Club Session Leaders – Creative Workshops
📍 Location: Various primary school venues in Colchester (must be a car driver)
⏰ Hours: 20-25 hours per week (finishing at 4:30 PM)
📆 Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks per year
💰 Salary: £12,698 – £15,873 per year
The Role:
As a Session Leader, you will:
☑️Lead and assist in creative after-school workshops, promoting arts and crafts activities.
✅ Manage the booking of children, schools, and venues.
☑️ Assist with the planning and development of engaging workshop sessions.
✅ Complete essential admin tasks related to the workshops.
☑️Work closely with schools, children, and parents to ensure a fun and educational experience.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ No formal qualifications required – full training provided!
✔ Experience working with children OR a strong desire to do so.
✔️ A passion for arts, crafts, and creativity.
✔ Excellent organisational and communication skills.
✔️ A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (travel between schools is required).
