We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Headteacher to join a dedicated leadership team, working across two modern and well-resourced Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools within a Trust. The schools cater for pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and are committed to providing outstanding, tailored education in a nurturing and inclusive environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled leader to contribute to the strategic and operational development of both schools.

The Ideal Candidate
Will already have leadership experience or be ready to take on an exciting new challenge. Share leadership responsibility across 2 schools. There will be 0.5 FTE teaching duties a week.

Relevant experience or qualifications in education or childcare (desirable)
QTS Proven Leadership experience in SEN or mainstream schools. Ability to inspire, lead and manage staff effectively
