We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to work within a specialist Autism Base at a supportive Thurrock primary school. The role focuses on providing one-to-one and small group support to children with autism, helping them to access learning and build confidence.

The Ideal Candidate
You’ll be patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs. Experience with autism, sensory needs, or communication difficulties would be advantageous. The school is looking for someone committed to long-term impact — with the potential to move into a permanent role for the right candidate..
