We are recruiting Behaviour Support Teaching Assistants for a small specialist SEMH school supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs. The school offers a calm, trauma-informed environment with small class sizes and a strong focus on wellbeing, relationships, and personal development. Staff work closely as a team to support pupils both in and out of the classroom, making this a highly rewarding role.
The ideal candidate
This role would suit someone calm, resilient, and emotionally intelligent, with experience or interest in behaviour support, SEMH, youth work, or care. You should be confident supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups and committed to helping young people develop emotional regulation, confidence, and positive relationships.
