The Role:
4myschools are working with an outstanding independent school in Ipswich who are currently recruiting for a full time Biology Teacher to start in September 2023. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Science Teacher who can teach Biology, to join their school.
The ideal Biology Teacher will have previous experience teaching Biology to GCSE and have a genuine passion for their subject.
The school is a co-educational day and boarding school for pupils aged 4-18 and is set in magnificent grounds. The Biology Teacher will be teaching in the senior school; Class sizes are small and pupils are academically advanced, eager to learn and achieve outstanding results. Staff are welcomed and form part of a happy and friendly community within the school.
As the ideal Biology Teacher, you will:
- Have experience teaching Biology up to GCSE level
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status QTS
- Create high quality lessons
- Strive to make a positive difference to the students
- Need either UK or UK ENIC recognised Teaching Qualifications plus UK experience
- Demonstrate positive leaning outcomes
