As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. You will be responsible for supervising lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring students remain on task and behave in accordance with school policies.

Relevant experience or qualifications in education or childcare (desirable)
Previous experience working with young people (e.g. in schools, youth work or coaching)
Confidence in managing a classroom and maintaining discipline
Strong communication and organisational skills
A flexible, proactive, and positive approach
