We are working with a selection of secondary schools in Northampton who are seeking reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to provide classroom supervision on a flexible basis. This role involves overseeing lessons in the absence of the teacher, ensuring pupils remain on task and engaged with their learning

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, professional, and able to manage classroom behaviour effectively. Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous, but strong communication skills and a proactive approach are key..
