Are you confident, adaptable, and passionate about supporting students’ learning? We are working with a selection of secondary schools across Walsall who require reliable Cover Supervisors to manage classrooms and deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

The ideal candidate
To be considered for this role, you should have experience working with young people in an educational setting or similar environment. Strong classroom management skills, excellent communication, and a positive, adaptable approach are essential. Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential..
