4myschools are looking for a Daily Secondary Supply Teacher to work at schools in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire.
We are looking for experienced and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to join our supply pool for schools in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. This is a flexible, day-to-day role, ideal for teachers seeking variety, a work-life balance, or the opportunity to gain experience in different schools.
Responsibilities as a Daily Secondary Supply Teacher:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain engaged and on task.
- Manage classroom behavior in a positive and constructive manner.
- Adapt teaching strategies to suit the needs of different students and subjects.
- Provide feedback to teachers regarding student progress and behavior during lessons.
- Ensure a smooth transition between lessons, including handover of any necessary information to the regular teaching staff.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (NQTs/ECTs welcome to apply).
- Experience teaching at secondary level across a range of subjects (specific subject expertise is a bonus).
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
- Reliable, professional, and flexible with a positive attitude towards teaching.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with students and staff.
