We are currently working with a forward-thinking primary/secondary school in the heart of Maldon, Essex, who are excited to welcome an ECT to their team starting 7th July 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position offering exceptional development, support and progression opportunities.
💼 The Role:
- Full classroom responsibilities with phase-appropriate support
- Tailored two-week induction and training programme at the end of the summer term
- Weekly CPD and ECT development sessions to build confidence and practice
- Full salary from July start date – ensuring you’re paid through the summer holidays
