Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking to take the next step in your career? We are working with a warm and welcoming primary school in Chelmsford that is seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their Reception Class team on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a nurturing and forward-thinking Early Years environment. You’ll be supporting the class teacher in delivering a rich, play-based curriculum that fosters curiosity, creativity, and early development in our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
- Deliver engaging activities and experiences to inspire young minds
- Observe, record, and assess children’s progress
- Promote positive behaviour and social development
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher and wider school team
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent) – essential
- Prior experience in a Reception or Early Years setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A nurturing, enthusiastic and proactive approach to working with children
