Executive Headteacher Norwich Norfolk. Are you an experienced and dynamic educational leader looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking an exceptional Executive Headteacher to oversee three primary schools within a trust located in Norwich. As an Executive Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners, promoting excellence, and driving positive change within our schools.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and vision across three primary schools, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee the effective implementation of the national curriculum and other educational programs, ensuring a balanced and comprehensive educational experience for all students.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, promoting effective communication and teamwork among staff, students, parents, and the wider community.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to support effective school management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and staff development.
Monitor and evaluate school performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies to drive positive change.
Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community, promoting active engagement and partnership in the education process.
Stay up-to-date with educational research, policies, and best practices, and ensure their integration into school improvement plans.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant postgraduate qualification (e.g., NPQH, Masters in Education, or equivalent).
Significant experience in a leadership role within a primary school setting, demonstrating a track record of driving school improvement and raising educational standards.
Proven ability to effectively lead and manage a team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum, assessment frameworks, and educational policies and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a commitment to promoting inclusive and equitable education.
A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
