4myschools are looking for a EYFS Supply Teacher to work in schools across Cheshunt, Hertfordshire.
Are you an enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS teacher looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle? We are currently seeking a dedicated EYFS Supply Teacher to support early years settings across Cheshunt on a short-term and day-to-day basis.
Whether you’re an experienced early years professional or an ECT looking to gain classroom experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the early stages of a child’s education.
Responsibilities as a EYFS Supply Teacher :
- Deliver engaging and creative Art lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 where applicable)
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports artistic expression and skill development
- Use a range of teaching strategies to inspire students of all abilities
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and in line with school policies
- Mark and assess students’ work where required, providing constructive feedback
- Quickly adapt to new school environments and follow established departmental plans and expectations
- Contribute to the life of the school, engaging with students and supporting their personal development
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Specialism in Art and Design, with strong subject knowledge
- Experience teaching in secondary schools (placements or paid experience)
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Flexibility, reliability, and a positive, professional attitude
- Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices (an enhanced DBS will be required)
