Key Responsibilities for the EYFS Teacher Job Laindon:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons and activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor children’s progress and development, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Create stimulating learning resources and displays.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
• Encourage positive behaviour and social skills through guided play and structured activities.

Requirements for the EYFS Teacher Job Laindon:

• Always put the interests of the children first
• Sound knowledge, understanding and experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage (QTS)
• Able to teach in Reception
