We are looking for a compassionate EYFS Teaching Assistant to support children in nursery and reception across a Catholic trust in Chelmsford. This role is ideal for children who may have additional needs such as autism, ADHD, SEMH difficulties, anxiety, or other learning challenges. Some pupils may not yet have an EHCP, so the role requires flexibility, observation, and sensitivity to individual needs. Starting as an agency position, there is potential to transition into a permanent role once settled.
