We are seeking caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants who are looking for a flexible work/life balance. By joining us as a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting local schools. We work with a wide range of Primary, Secondary, and SEND schools across Rushden and the surrounding areas, providing both daily supply and long-term cover from EYFS through to KS4. Whether you have a specialism in a particular subject or are looking to pursue a career in education, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain experience, and make a real impact on children’s learning.

The Ideal Candidate
This is an ideal positon for anyone looking to begin a career in edcation. We are working with Primary, Secondary and SEND Schools in Rushden and looking for graduates to provide TA and LSA cover on a flexible, pre-booked basis. As a Supply Learning Assistant you will benefit from total flexibility to accept work around your other commitments, with the bonus of the majority of this work being booked with at least 24 hours notice. You will need to be relaible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and professional approach. You will be taking instruction from the class teacher and provided with a brief for the day/child you will be supporting. You will be supporting the class teacher by taking small groups and providing alternative explanations to the children to ensure they’ve understood the lesson activity. You will work as a team to manage classroom behaviour.
