Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a fulfilling part-time role in a welcoming and values-driven school community?
Our client, a faith-based primary school with a strong Christian ethos in Brentwood, is seeking a committed and confident HLTA to join their friendly, family-orientated team 3 days per week on a temp-to-perm basis.
🏫 About the Role:
Location: Brentwood
Start: ASAP
Working Days: 3 days per week
Type: Temp to Perm
🌱 Key Responsibilities:
- Providing PPA cover across various year groups
- Delivering small group sessions and 1:1 interventions, supporting pupils who require additional help
- Upholding the school’s Christian values while fostering a nurturing and respectful learning environment
