We are seeking a KS2 Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a fantastic school in Chelmsford. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, supporting teaching and learning in a dynamic and engaging environment.
The Role:
Supporting class teachers with lesson delivery
Leading small group sessions and interventions
Providing one-to-one support where necessary
Helping to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Requirements:
HLTA qualification or a teaching qualification preferred
Experience working in a primary school setting (KS2 ideal)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
Training will be provided for the right candidate, so if you have relevant experience and a passion for education, we would love to hear from you.
