About the ideal candidate
The ideal candidate should be committed and comfortable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.
This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.
This role would suit a qualified HLTA or an experienced teaching assistant with strong curriculum knowledge and the confidence to lead learning independently when required. You will have prior experience supporting pupils across the primary age range and a good understanding of inclusive practice, particularly in relation to SEN support and targeted interventions. A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach is essential, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents. Availability to work during term time in line with school hours is required, with a commitment to starting in September, or earlier if available.
