Are you an experienced and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant Job Wickford (HLTA) looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting on behalf of The Wickford Church of England School for a dedicated HLTA to join their team immediately!
The Role: As a HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting both teachers and students to ensure a high-quality learning experience. You will be responsible for:
Delivering engaging learning activities to groups or whole classes in the teacher’s absence.
Supporting pupils across various age groups to achieve their academic potential.
Assisting in planning, preparing, and assessing learning activities under teacher direction.
Providing pastoral support and promoting positive behaviour management.
What We Are Looking For:
A qualified HLTA (or equivalent experience in a similar role).
Experience working within primary school settings.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to education.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
