A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team at a large, friendly primary school in Northampton. The school is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or an experienced TA (ideally with a L3 qualification or a degree) to work across all year groups, providing class cover as needed. This is a part-time position, with days to be confirmed, and there is potential for it to become a full-time role in the future. While lesson plans are generally provided, there will be opportunities to contribute to planning and bring your own ideas into the classroom. The school values creativity and individuality, and if you have a particular strength or specialism—such as drama, music, or sport—they will be keen to make the most of your talents and integrate them into the wider curriculum. The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be experienced and flexible to work across all year groups. A L4 Qualification is desireable but they will also consider experienced candidates with a L3 or a degree.
