Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – KS2
Location: Billericay, Essex
Start Date: Immediate Start
Hours: 1:10 PM – 3:10 PM (Part-Time)
Salary: Competitive, Dependent on Experience
We are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive and friendly school immediately. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and can provide focused support during the afternoon hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils in KS2 with their learning and development
Working 1:1 or in small groups to provide tailored support
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Encouraging student engagement and confidence in learning
Requirements:
Experience working with primary-aged children (KS2 experience preferred)
A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
