Salary: £31,650- £49,084
Key Responsibilities for a KS2 Teacher :
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons for Key Stage 2 pupils
- Differentiate teaching to meet the varying needs and abilities of all learners
- Assess, track, and report on pupil progress in line with school and national expectations
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and school events
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and uphold the school’s values and ethos
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in a Key Stage 2 classroom (ECTs also welcome to apply)
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective assessment strategies
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive, reflective, and solution-focused approach to teaching
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
