Annual Salary: £31,650 – £43,607
Daily Equivalent: £162.31 – £223.63
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 teacher to join our supportive and welcoming team for a maternity cover starting in September 2025. This is a full-time position, with flexibility for part-time job share for the right candidates. You’ll be joining a school praised by staff for its excellent organisation and strong leadership. With well-established planning resources in place, teachers feedback is that no additional work is required outside of contracted hours, creating a genuinely sustainable work-life balance. PPA time is used efficiently for preparing resources and tailoring lessons as needed.
The Role:
- Maternity cover until July 2026
- Ideally covering Year 5, though flexibility is available based on main experience
- Full teaching responsibilities including marking, parent evenings, and staff meetings
- Excellent support from leadership and colleagues
- Opportunities for ECTs and experienced teachers alike
- Potential to go permanent
