A KS2 Teaching Assistant is needed to work with children across Years 3–6 in South Woodham Ferrers. The focus will be on supporting pupils with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH challenges, or anxiety. Some children may not yet have formal diagnoses, so adaptability and observation are key. You will work closely with the class teacher and wider support team to deliver tailored interventions and one-to-one support where required.
